Would you really eat octopus for breakfast ? I really don’t understand why you wouldn’t. It’s so tasty and with 14.91g of protein per 100g it keeps me going till morning snack time.
My problem, well one of them, is I need a variety so I can’t just slap an egg in a sandwich and eat it, I have to have a bit more to have. In this case I grilled a tentacle or two powdered in garlic, pepper and salt, a fried egg in extra virginity oil, steamed some broccolini and shoved it in a 47 seeded sandwich or as we say sanga.
